Buyer Benefits
Buying at an auction is great! As a buyer, you have the ability to name the price that you want to pay. By participating in an auction, whether live or online, you know you are dealing with a seller who is committed and motivated to sell. At an auction, you are assured that the sales price reflects true market value, and a timely transfer of ownership. If the auction is online only, announcements will be made directly to your computer, cell phone, or tablet. Detailed descriptions and photos are provided online so you can make a bidding decision with confidence. We value our bidders!
We welcome all buyers and anyone wishing to come enjoy our events, register online, or through our app. We pride ourselves on making sales fun, informative, and easy from inspection days to checkouts.
We start our live auctions on time to the minute, so please come early or pre-register so you don’t miss out on the first items. All start times listed are Central Standard Time, so please account for this if you are traveling from another time zone.
Southern Auction Solutions represents the seller. You will be expected to pay a 10% down payment on auction day for real estate and full payment the day of auction for personal items. The 10% down payment for real estate is not earnest money. It is a non-refundable down payment. All sales are final. All items are sold "As Is, Where Is", with no warranties expressed or implied. Information printed is thought to be accurate, but not guaranteed.
Real estate closings are normally handled within 30 days of auction day. Southern Auction Solutions will normally provide a title exam from a local closing attorney. Once you have the winning bid, you will be required to execute a Purchase Agreement. Some properties may have a reserve and should be assumed to have a reserve unless disclosed before or on the sale day. (Disclosures the day of the sale supersede all statement and printed ads. All real estate and personal property is “As Is, Where Is,” no warranty should be assumed or implied.)
When you are the high bidder on an item, you become responsible for it, and you must pay for everything you’ve purchased before leaving the auction site. Buyer’s Premiums are charged. Please consider this when placing your bid. The auctioneer will announce the day of the sale how much the premium is.
