We can appraise almost anything, but real estate….

We provide USPAP –(Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant appraisals. This is required to submit appraisals to many courts, IRS, and lending institutions.

We are one of only a very few firms in the State of Alabama and Georgia with the designation of GPPA – (Graduate of Personal Property Appraiser) insured by the National Auctioneers Association.

Our appraisal reports are professional, clear, concise, and thoroughly researched. Our reports also include full color photos that provide our clients an accurate representation of the assets valued.

GPPA designated appraisers –  A Graduate of Personal Property Appraiser has completed a strenuous course in personal property appraisal curriculum. This course is ----- by the National Auctioneers Association. There are currently only --- holding this designation in the state of Alabama and --- in the state of Georgia.

USPAP Compliant Appraisers –  Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice is a set of standards published by the Appraisal Foundation. The Appraisal Foundation has been tasked by the Congress to create and a minimum guideline for both Real Estate and Personal Property appraisers. Compliancy is a requirement for any appraisal report being reviewed by the IRS.

Asset Verification

We handle asset verification for lenders, companies, attorneys, and anyone else needing to verify the presence of personal property. We can go visit the location of the asset and document it’s presence through photos or video if required.
